It turns out something original, and it's really delicious pickled cabbage. For 1 serving: the main vegetable - 2 kg; Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg; Apples - 500 g; Carrots - as much; Fragrant pepper - 1 handful, laurel leaf - about 10-12 pieces; Nutmeg - 1-1.5 handfuls (to taste). It is poured all marinade: water - half a liter, salt - 4-5 table spoons, vinegar (preferably apple) - from 350 to 450 grams, sugar - one and a half cups. The ingredients are cut into small straws, spices are added, everything is poured with a cooled marinade and infused in a cool place, under the lid for 3 hours. Then you can eat. And in order to preserve this wonderful dish for a little longer, put ready salad in cans in a day, cover with capron lids and keep it in the fridge.

Cabbage "Provencal" with curry

Also, the dish is uncomplicated, there will not be much time to prepare for cooking, but it's all homemade to eat it for both cheeks. The main difference from previous recipes is the use of curry seasoning, ginger root, chili and some other ingredients. We warn: the appetizer turns out ostrenkoj! So: cabbage - 1 head (finely chopped); Carrots - 2 pieces, cut into strips; Root ginger - 50 grams (grate). And also the pulp of coconut rubbed - half a glass, olive oil - 1 spoon, a mustard table - a teaspoon, 2 pieces of red and green chili pepper (cut into pieces), to taste curry, salt, sugar, vinegar.
