Compote - simple and very tasty

In order to prepare a compote from a rennet by this recipe, you need to take one kilogram of fruit, one liter of water, 400 grams of sugar and a little vanilla. Ranetki have a sweet and sour taste, that's why they are perfect for preservation, creating unusual notes. Apples we sort out, removing the damaged and overripe ones. We do not completely cut the pedicels off the fruit, leaving the third part. Now you need to take a toothpick and prick apples in several places. This procedure will keep the peel in the preparation process intact. Next, cook the syrup. Add sugar and vanilla to the water and boil it. In the meantime, we put apples in jars, leaving a little space on top (1 cm). Hot syrup pour the container and sterilize. After that, tightly close the jars with covers, turn them over and leave to cool. Compote from the wounded for winter is removed to a cold place.

Ranetki and chokeberry

Such a compote of a ramie and chokeberry will please not only the taste, but also the mad riot of colors. Take 800 grams of apples, 200 grams of chokeberry and 300 grams of sugar (per three-liter jar). Apples and black chokeberry rinse. We remove their tails and sepals. Now we put the fruit in the cans, which are pre-mine and sterilized. Then pour the container with boiling water. They must stand up until the air bubbles cease to rise. For better preservation, you can drain this water and pour the cans with fresh boiling water and stand for another 20 minutes. After that, pour the water into a saucepan and cook the syrup, adding sugar. Then with this syrup it is necessary to pour cans of fruit and tightly cork. We wrap the compote from the rack until it cools down completely, and then move it to a cooler place.

We cook aromatic jam

From the bottles you get a very tasty and fragrant jam. Just like in compotes, we use whole fruits. It will take one kilogram of apples, one kilogram of sugar and a glass of water. Ranetki must be washed, trim the tails, leaving the third part, and puncture the skin in several places with a toothpick. After that, we lower them into boiling water for 5 minutes. From sugar and water you need to cook syrup. It is necessary that the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the apples with cooked syrup and cook together for about 30 minutes. Then turn off the fire and let the brew come back for about 2 hours. After that, we serve it to the table. But if you need to prepare jam from the wines for the winter, then we spread it into prepared cans immediately after the end of cooking.

You can also cook jam. To do this, take a kilogram of apples, 500 grams of sugar and a glass of water. Apples are cooked in water for about an hour. Then we wipe them through a sieve. Puree with sugar for 30 minutes and put into jars. Of these fruits, you can prepare many more wonderful sweets that will please long winter evenings.
