It is very easy to cook a semolina casserole. As its name implies, the main and obligatory ingredient is the manga. Casserole with a manga can be both sweet and vegetable, for example, for children.

Casserole with lemon

100 g of mango we pour into the dishes, add to it 2 large spoons of lemon juice and 50 g of sugar. Whisk 50 grams of sugar with one egg and a pinch of vanilla sugar. All mixed and put in a greased form. Bake it for about 30 minutes. This casserole is very tasty with lemon or cherry jam.

Casserole with cottage cheese and semolina

The most, perhaps, the most common type of casserole is cottage cheese and semolina. To make it taste better, you can add raisins and apples to it. So, we soak in milk with sugar 100 g of bread, divided into 2 slices. 250 g cottage cheese wipe and mix with 2 whipped whites, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 spoonful of manga. There we add raisins and apples, diced.

A shape suitable for size, butter, and put 1 slice of bread on the bottom. We spread the curd mass from above and cover with a second slice of bread. Before use, spread sour cream.

Casserole with bananas

To make a light casserole with a banana, you need to first pour a half liter of milk into a pan, boil and gradually introduce 100 g of mango. Boil for 5 minutes (the semolina should thicken strongly) and add 50 g of raisins. One banana kneaded in puree, 2 yolks grind with a half-spoonfuls of sugar and add them in puree, flavored with vanilla and / or cinnamon. 2 whiten with 0.5 teaspoons of baking powder. Slightly cooled porridge a little whisk and add banana puree and protein. Stir thoroughly and bake.

Casserole with carrots

This recipe is useful for young mothers, whose kids refuse to eat a carrot useful for them.

Two large carrots three on a grater and mixed with 3 eggs and half a spoonful of vanilla sugar. Add to them half a liter of heavily cooked semolina porridge and 2 large spoons of semolina. Casserole with berries

Connect half a glass of milk with the same amount of water, lightly salt, add a spoonful of sugar and boil. Very slowly, enter 150 g of mango and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add a little bit of butter and raisins. Part of the resulting mass, put in a baking dish (pre-oil it and sprinkle with croutons), top the layer of berries (any, for your taste), then again the layer of mass from the manga, and again the berries (all berries need about 300 g). Top coat with a mixture of half the egg and 2 tsp. Sour cream. On the table, the casserole should be served with apricot sauce or jam.

Cottage cheese and semolina casserole with pumpkin and strawberries

Mix 700 g of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1 cup of mango, pinch of salt and 6 large spoons of sugar. On the form, oiled, beautifully lay a frozen pumpkin, cut into slices, and frozen strawberries (kiss), we put dough on top, then again a layer of pumpkin and strawberries. Bake for 40 minutes. This casserole is delicious with sour cream or yoghurt.

Corn and semolina casserole

This is a less sweet casserole, which can be used as a side dish to meat or fish, rather than dessert. Unlike previous recipes.

Two eggs must be beaten with 2 large spoons of sugar, add a pinch of salt and the same amount of baking powder. Then pour a glass of yogurt into it and mix it thoroughly. Add a third of a cup of manga and two-thirds of a glass of corn. 25 g of margarine is melted and added to the dough. In the greased form, fill in the resulting dough and bake it for 45 minutes. Then the casserole can be poured with sour cream or even served as a side dish to meat or fish.

Austrian casserole

Casseroles from manga are prepared not only in Russia, but also in many other countries. Let's see how to prepare a casserole in Austrian (or hack).

For 30 min. Soak 2 spoons of raisins in the same amount of rum. To 250 grams of milk, add a pinch of salt, 25 g of soft butter and a sachet of vanilla sugar. Put on the fire and, when it boils, very slowly enter there 90 g of mango. Cook until the mixture is thick, then cool and slowly add 4 yolks. 4 Squeeze the protein with 30 grams of sugar and also add to the test. The latter add raisins (it should be squeezed well) and peeled half a lemon ground.

The received dough should be put in a frying pan without a handle and keep it on the fire for 3 minutes, and then bake for 20 minutes. in the oven. To make the casserole more rosy, you can turn it over, and another 3 minutes. Fry the 2nd side. At the table, serve with plums and pear compote.
