For several servings you will need:

  • 3 young zucchini;
  • 400 gr. Minced meat of your choice - beef, pork, their mixture, you can also take chicken;
  • 1 piece onion and ripe tomato;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Sweet canned corn;
  • Hard cheese - about 100 g;
  • Mayonnaise, seasonings, frying oil and salt.

Boats from courgettes stuffed with meat, are prepared as follows. First, finely chop the onions, put them in a skillet with butter and lightly fry. After that, add the mince, seasonings and salt and cook for no more than 10 minutes. Tomatoes finely chop and mix with corn, cheese finely grate on a grater. Zucchini need to be washed, remove the upper part, after cutting along in half and remove the pulp. You should have a "boat" with walls a half of a centimeter thick. Mix the prepared stuffing with corn and tomatoes and fill them with the space of courgettes. Mayonnaise also needs to be combined with cheese, the resulting sauce abundantly from above to smear vegetables. Done. Pizza-boxes, stuffed with minced meat, you need to put it on a baking tray and send it to the oven for 20 minutes or half an hour. This dish can be served on its own, without garnish, or it can be served with mashed potatoes. Since thus cooked vegetables look very aesthetic, they can be a complement to the festive table.

Try to make such a vegetarian version of the previous recipe. For the filling this time we'll take the mushrooms. Get out of your stocks:

  • Half a kilo of fresh mushrooms, white mushrooms, boletus, and so on;
  • 1 kg of zucchini small size, it is best to choose young vegetables;
  • 2 onion bulbs;
  • Several tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 150-200 gr. Cheese (solid);
  • Greens, lemon juice, salt, oil for frying.

Vegetables wash, cut along, take out the pulp - you should get "boats" with thick enough walls. They need to be lightly fried in a frying pan. Onion finely crumble, mushrooms cut into pieces. In the same frying pan where you cooked zucchini, brown your stuffing - first onion, and then mushrooms. Salt, sprinkle with spices or pepper, add a couple of spoons of sour cream and a little lemon juice. Stew at low temperature for about 10 minutes. Done. Add the chopped greens and stuff with a vegetable mass of zucchini. Top the dish generously sprinkle with cheese and send it to bake in the oven, at 200 degrees everything will be ready in 15 minutes. Boats from courgettes stuffed with mushrooms, especially tasty, if served with sour cream. As a filling, you can also use a roast from any vegetables, for example carrots, eggplant and bell pepper. It all depends on your imagination and the availability of food in your refrigerator.
