So, we need the following ingredients: milk - 230 ml, eggs - two pieces (we will use only yolks), sugar - 40 grams, flour and corn starch - one tablespoon without a slide, butter - 130 grams, flavored water ( For example, lavender or pink) - 1-2 teaspoons. Also, if desired, you can add a dye to the cream. Note that the butter must be removed from the refrigerator beforehand so that it softens at room temperature.

Cooking process

We extract yolks from eggs and whisk them with sugar. We introduce starch and flour, and mix. Since we prepare the cream with a custard, we need a small saucepan or saucepan. Pour milk into it and bring it to a boil. Then, in a thin trickle, pour it into the egg mass. In doing so, do not forget to stir the whisk to prevent the yolks from folding.

"Muslin" with vanillin

We bring to your attention another very easy-to-prepare recipe for this cream. Make it is not difficult at all, and the finished product will turn out to be very gentle and airy.

In order to prepare the cream "Muslin", the recipe suggests using the following ingredients: sugar and water - 125 grams and milliliters, respectively, three eggs, 200 grams of butter, a teaspoon of vanilla essence. As in the previous recipe, the oil must be removed from the refrigerator beforehand so that by the time it starts cooking it has become soft.

Instructions

First, we fall asleep in a small saucepan of sugar, pour it with water and put it on a weak fire. It is necessary to boil the mass, stirring occasionally, until the free-flowing ingredient dissolves completely. Separate the proteins from the yolks. The first you can use for other purposes, and the latter we pour into a separate metal bowl.

Meanwhile, we continue to heat the sugar mass. You should have a syrup. Readiness can be checked with a teaspoon.
