Vitamins, which are contained in peanut halva, do not give free radicals to destroy our body. There is reason to believe that this variety of the described sweet product interferes with various heart diseases, and also fights against tumors;

- pistachio halva is quite rare, and not all tried it. It is very tasty and extremely sweet. It is also worth noting that this product has all the useful properties of pistachio nuts;

- sunflower halva is the most common variety of the described product (in any case, in our country). It is believed that it normalizes the nervous system, and also positively affects the work of the heart. Also, scientists were able to prove that stabilizes the acidity of gastric juice;

- Sesame (tahini) halva is an exquisite food, which is very appreciated and loved by gourmets. It is incredibly rich in minerals, vitamins and other substances useful to humans. Of course, the regular use of it most negatively affects the condition of our teeth. In other words, there is a need for it in moderation, but children should be given only on special occasions.

Badly it affects the health of those people who are sick with a stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer. Halva can cause allergies and inflammation of the mucous membranes. There is reason to believe that the products from which the halva is produced absorb the harmful substances from the environment.
