As a result, it was found that schoolchildren from the first group lost about a half percent of excess weight.

However, scientific research did not end there. Another experiment was carried out, but now on laboratory rats. These rodents were injected with a concentrate made from mandarins for two months, daily. As a result, rats were reduced by forty five percent and more than sixty percent got rid of fat deposits in the belly.

Scientists dealing with this issue came to a common opinion that mandarins are able in a short time not only to get rid of excess fat, but also to restore the liver and relieve senile dementia. Here is the answer to the question "Do you lose weight from mandarins?".

However, do not forget that if you eat only one citrus fruit, then you can earn yourself an allergy. In addition, of course, mandarins for weight loss - this is not a panacea. They are only able to speed up the process. Therefore, it is worthwhile to be more careful with this fruit.

Here is one of the options. It is necessary for four days to eat one kilogram of mandarins, drink tea without sweeteners or freshly squeezed mandarin juice. Do not forget about physical exercises. As a result of such a diet, you can lose up to five kilograms of excess weight.

There is another option, designed for a longer period, namely for ten days. Such a diet will allow you to get rid of eight kilograms of unnecessary fat. In this case, the diet is designed for four meals a day. For breakfast, one glass of mandarin juice should be drunk. For the second breakfast you can already eat one egg and all the same unchanged mandarins in the amount of three pieces. Lunch is more saturated in its caloric content and content. Now you can use one hundred grams of chicken, but without salt and any spices. For dessert, you should eat one mandarin and drink a glass of green tea. For dinner, you should prepare vegetable soup, boil fish in the amount of two hundred grams. Do not add spices or salt. And do not forget about our so useful mandarin.

Mandarins for weight loss began to be used more recently. It is very important to know one of their features. Diet with the use of this fruit is not suitable for people who suffer from such diseases as allergies, acidity, gastritis, as well as duodenal ulcer and stomach ulcer.

In conclusion, I would like to add only one thing: do not wait for the miracle effect only from the absorption of these citrus fruits. Sitting on the couch and eating a mountain of mandarins a day, you can only get allergies. It is very important to practice at least several times a week with physical exercises. And then the mandarins for weight loss really play a direct role. Otherwise, blame only on themselves!
