The preparation of pancakes, tender, air, became my weakness, my love. And today I want to tell you about how you can really cook delicious pancakes in the home. Below are the recipes that are tried by me personally.

Some people think that the pancake oven costs only on Shrovetide. Because it's a holiday, seeing off winter, the Shrovetide week. It seems that the one who simply lazy to bake pancakes more often thinks so. But if you suddenly want to pamper yourself and relatives with delicious pancakes, then it's unlikely that anything will stop you. I suggest you a recipe for pancakes on milk. Actually, what could be easier.

Take two eggs, a half-pack of milk (ie 0.5 liters), a glass of flour, a pinch of soda and salt, a tablespoon of sugar.

Preparation: eggs and milk beforehand from the refrigerator, so that they warm up to room temperature. Whisk the eggs with a whisk with salt and sugar. If you do not want the pancakes to be sweet, do not add sugar. After that, gradually enter the flour and mix everything well so that there are no lumps. If there is time, the flour should be sifted through a sieve, in which case the pancakes will be baked especially tender and soft. The dough for pancakes should be such that it spreads easily in a frying pan.

Now add in the dough soda, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly. Oil, of course, can be poured directly into a frying pan, but it is better to pancakes - so it will be faster. Before pouring the dough into a frying pan, warm it well.

Using a spoon, pour a small amount of dough into the pan and allow it to spread evenly. Fry the pancakes until a ruddy crust appears on each side. Remove from the frying pan, the finished pancakes oil butter. So they will be even more delicious.

Cooking pancakes, method N2

And now let's try to make pancakes on kefir. For this we need products such as:

two eggs,

Three hundred grams of flour,

Three tablespoons of vegetable oil,

On a half-spoonful of soda, sugar and salt.

Preparation: pour into the saucepan kefir. Pre-beat the eggs, add them to kefir. Mix everything thoroughly, put it on a fire and lightly heat it, but do not bring it to a boil. Add the flour to warm kefir, which is best sifted through a sieve. Knead the dough to the consistency of sour cream.

Take a glass of boiled water, put soda into it and stir it. The resulting mixture is added to the dough. Also in the dough you need to add vegetable oil. Do not start pancakes at once, wait until the dough is infused for an hour.

It is best to prepare pancakes on a cast-iron frying pan. But if you do not have it, then, of course, any one will do. When the frying pan warms up, pour on it the right amount of dough, evenly distribute it on the bottom and bake from two sides.

Cooking pancakes, an unusual way

If you decide to make pancakes in a bottle, then significantly speed up the process. In addition, get rid of the need to wash dishes. I called this method of cooking pancakes unusual, because the one who invented it was really an extraordinary person.

Take two eggs, ten tablespoons of flour, three tablespoons of sugar, as much vegetable oil, six hundred grams of milk, half a spoonful of salt.

Preparation: Take a plastic bottle. Using a funnel, fill it with sugar, salt, flour, and also fill in eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Turn the bottle and shake vigorously. This is to ensure that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Preheat the frying pan and pour out the right amount of dough on the bottle right from the bottle. That's all, pancakes are ready! The dishes are not dirty, and you still have plenty of free time, which you can spend with profit.
