Products that you will need for cooking Caesar salad:

  • Medium-sized head of lettuce Romaine ;
  • 1 breast of chicken;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • 5 pieces of white bread for crackers;
  • 6 teaspoons of olive oil;
  • 7 medium cloves of garlic.

To prepare the sauce:

  • 3 egg yolks;
  • 2 cloves of garlic. You can use fresh garlic or baked. Of course, garlic in its natural form gives a clearer taste, but if you do not want to have a noticeable taste, then use baked. To do this, take the garlic, cover it with olive oil, then wrap with foil, place in the oven for baking at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 1.5 teaspoons "soft" mustard;
  • Half a dessert spoon of fish sauce or anchovy paste;
  • 3 dessert spoons of lemon juice;

  • 160 ml of vegetable oil, you can use refined, unrefined or even a mixture of oils;

  • 6 pieces of cherry tomato.
