Christmas goose with apples

Necessary ingredients:

• one goose (about 4 kilograms);

• 12 apples;

• one quince;

• two carrots;

• one onion;

• one celery root;

• three laurel leaves;

• five pieces of fragrant pepper ;

• five pieces of cloves;

• four teaspoons of salt;

• three teaspoons of ground black pepper;

• 150 ml of red strong wine;

• 750 ml of water.

How to prepare a Christmas goose in apples:

1. The quince must be cleaned of the cannon, washed and divided into eight parts (stones must be removed). Six apples should be cut into four pieces and also removed bones.

2. In large pieces cut into such ingredients: carrots, leeks, parsley, one onion and celery root.
