Thai meat is a piquant exotic dish, but absolutely any housewife can cook it at home. We offer a selection of recipes that can be used in everyday life, and for organizing a festive table.

Meat in Thai. Recipe with carrots and onions

For the preparation of meat, the following ingredients are required:

  • 500 g of pork tenderloin cut into strips;
  • 100 g of onion rings;
  • 100 g of carrot straw;
  • 20 g of tomato paste;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 10 g of starch;
  • Spices and salt - to taste.

Fry the meat until it is ready. Put the carrots with onions and fry them until golden brown.

Recipe with vegetables

To prepare the dish you will need the following products:

  • 500 grams of selected pork (raw);
  • Onion bulb;
  • Soy sauce;
  • 2 Bulgarian fresh peppers;
  • 2 ripe tomatoes;
  • 5 g of starch;
  • 2 small pickled cucumbers;
  • Vegetable oil for frying and salt with spices, based on taste preferences.

We cook meat in Thai with vegetables (cooking time - 60 minutes). Cut the meat with a sharp knife on the plates, discourage. Cut them into thin strips, pour salt and pepper. You do not need to put a lot of salt, as other salty foods will be present in the dish. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and send the meat there.

In the meantime, cut the onion into half rings and pour it out to the roasting meat. In the meantime, cut the pepper into thin strips and also send it after the onion. Now you can finely chop tomatoes and tomatoes, and then put them in a frying pan.

We will notice, that instead of pickled cucumbers it is possible to use fresh, however they do not give that saturation and spice that is in a marinade. At this stage, the fire should be reduced, cover the pan and simmer within 7 minutes.

While this process is going on, it is necessary to dilute starch or flour with water. Throw back the lid, pour the mixture into the meat, add the soy sauce (20 ml) and close again. Switch off after 5-6 minutes. You can serve meat in Thai with any side dish.

Meat recipe in Thai original

For this extraordinary dish you will need such products:

  • Fish sauce - 3-5 tablespoons;
  • Soy sauce - 3-5 tablespoons;
  • Sugar brown - 20 g;
  • Beef steak - 500 grams;
  • Onion - 350 grams;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • Chili or serrano in an amount of 3 pcs;
  • Garlic, crushed or crushed - 4 lobules;
  • Ginger fresh crushed - 5 tablespoons;
  • Fresh basil leaves - 50 g.

How to cook this dish

In a large bowl, mix fish and soy sauces. In a capacious, deep bowl, mix sauces, fish and soy, and pour out sugar to them. Now cut the steak in this way to get two identical pieces. They, in turn, need to be turned into even smaller pieces with a thickness of up to 3 mm. Put the meat in a bowl, in a mixture of sauces. Leave it there for marinating (30 to 45 minutes).

Now you need to prepare the onions. For this, it is cut into half rings. Deep frying pan should be put on a strong fire, heat it in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Now it's time to throw there the pickled meat and fry it. After about 5 minutes, when the beef has a characteristic pinkish appearance, the meat should be removed from the pan and transferred to a plate.

After this, pour the remaining oil for frying, add onion and fry for 3 minutes. Now you need to add the traditional spices of Thailand (ginger, garlic), put the meat back and put out no more than 1 minute. The dish must be sprinkled with basil.

Rice and meat in Thai style: recipe, photo

It's hard to imagine Thai cuisine without rice, especially when meat is cooked. The following recipe refers to the classic dishes of the East.

For cooking, we will need these products:

  • 700 g of beef tenderloin;
  • 1 piece of bell pepper, yellow, green and red;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • Ground pepper, saffron (5 g), dill;
  • 3 packages of rice.

How to cook meat

Cut the meat into strips, mix with crushed garlic and soy sauce, marinate.

Fry in a pan until golden brown, sprinkle with herbs and chopped pepper.

How to cook garnish - rice

Prepare 2 pots, in one steaming 2 packets of rice, in the other - one. In this container, pour the ground saffron, so that rice has acquired a golden color. In one of the sachets from the first dishes pour the chopped dill. As a result, you will get 3 different color masses of rice: yellow (colored saffron), white and green (dill).
