  • Baking powder for a dough - half a standard sachet;
  • Favorite vegetable oil for frying - 2-3 tablespoons.

Preparation:

Cottage cheese mash with a fork, we break eggs, we release from the shell. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in one bowl, trying to get the most homogeneous mass.

Heat the frying pan and pour oil into it. The most suitable is a frying pan with non-stick coating, but any one is suitable, as it is known that syrniki were invented earlier than the notorious coating.

From the curd mass we make round or oval lozenges about one centimeter thick. To ensure that the mixture does not stick to your hands, we constantly moisten them (hands) with water.

The future croissants spread on the frying pan and ruddy until golden brown on high heat. Then gently turn over, cover the frying pan with a lid and remove the fire to the smallest.

When the second side is covered with a golden crust, the cheese cakes are ready.

Serve them with different seasonings. The most common: sour cream, condensed milk, jam, jam, jam, honey, syrup. It is believed that the combination of sour cream and jam from black currant (they are served in separate rosettes) is the most successful addition to this dish.

Cheesecakes from cottage cheese. The recipe with raisins.

This variant occurs so often that it can be quite equated with the classical one. Raisins are washed, thrown into a colander and left for a few minutes to make the glass water. Then attach it to the cottage cheese mass. The amount of raisins, as usual, to taste, about one tablespoon for our number of products. In this recipe, there are two subtleties.

First, it is recommended to add more sugar to "cover" the natural acid of the cherries. If sweet canned berries are used, the amount of sugar should be reduced.

Secondly, it is necessary to ensure that cherry juice does not burn during frying.

Peeled from the core and grated on a large grater, apples are added to the cottage cheese mass. Quantity is one apple of medium size. As in the previous recipe, when frying is required, "be vigilant" in order to prevent the sticking of the juice.

Cheesecakes from cottage cheese. A recipe with bananas.

Cheeses with bananas are especially delicious and lush. For their preparation use ripe bananas, which have become quite soft and dark brown (which is no longer desirable).

They are peeled from the skins, carefully kneaded with a fork and combined with the curd mixture. The mass turns out to be sprawling, and it is impossible to mold out the "billets" for the cheese cakes. Therefore, the banana-curd "beauty" is simply spread out with a spoon on a hot pan, fried, then gently turned over, helping yourself with the same spoon.
