What is the use of milk?

The benefits of milk have been known for a long time. It has been included in children's and adult rations since ancient times. It is a valuable product for the body and even used as a preventive and medicinal product in medicine.

In childhood, these enzymes accompany the transformation in the digestive tract of nutrients. But enzymes are active only in raw milk, they are destroyed by boiling.

In order to study the benefits of milk, Finnish scientists observed children for 10 years, taking into account their diet. It turned out that children who have been accustomed to milk since childhood are much less likely to suffer from diabetes (the study was conducted among children who are predisposed to this disease). With the use of milk in the body produces more antibodies to this disease.

Milk, the benefit of which is also explained by a balanced set of mineral salts (compounds of phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, also salts of citric, hydrochloric and other acids) that are involved in all vital processes of life. The product is priceless in conditions when it is necessary to replace animal proteins (meat, fish, chicken eggs) with lighter ones.

Warm milk with honey is the best natural remedy for insomnia, perfectly calming the body. It well helps to overcome stressful conditions, reduces pressure, soothes nerves.

If you wipe your face with a mixture of acid unpasteurized milk and ethyl alcohol (3: 1) before going to bed, you can achieve a lightening of pigmented spots.

However, the benefits of milk will not be the same for everyone. Children can drink whole milk, which is perfectly absorbed by their organisms. Adults should confine themselves to products of reduced fat content (not more than 2%), because with age, animal fats are processed much more slowly. Even more useful for adults is the use of fermented milk products (yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, etc.). Be healthy!
