Light tomato soup with rice

When choosing which soup to prepare, be guided by the products available at home. Depending on this, you can come up with a lot of interesting dishes. And the first of them is delicious and delicious soup with tomatoes and rice. We need: 3 tomatoes, carrots, a bunch of green onions and other greens for your taste, a little arugula, 3 tablespoons of rice, a spoonful of olive oil, garlic and a liter of water. First fry a pair of cloves of garlic in olive oil, then add to it diced tomatoes, carrots and chopped greens. Cook until the softness of the vegetables.
