For its preparation, we need one teaspoon of dry yeast, which is filled with a glass of warm water. Add a teaspoonful of sugar for fermentation and leave the minutes for 10 in a warm place until the yeast rises. In the meantime, we sift half a glass of flour, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of salt. Thoroughly knead the dough for 10 minutes, then cover with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour before increasing it in volume by half. How to make a pizza, or rather a dough for it, we figured it out. Now the most important thing is roll out the dough.

We spread it on a large size cutting board, previously sprinkled with flour, and roll out - the thinner the better.

Do not forget about spices and seasonings. Ideal are basil, chili, oregano, thyme.

Now all the collected pizza is sent to bake in the oven, which is preheated to 150-180 degrees. Baking time is 15-25 minutes.
