Buns with sesame seeds: the recipe is delicious, but which one to choose?

Delicious buns with sesame seeds have long been loved as an ingredient for hamburgers, the recipes of which came from the US. The mandatory ingredients for this fast food are various sauces and condiments, meat cutlets and, unquestionably, round bread with sesame. Of course, now they can be found on sale in every self-respecting grain department or supermarket, but, you see, it's much more interesting to make a "hand-made": the basis of a hamburger with your own hands. How to cook buns on your own? To do this, we need: a glass of milk, a couple of spoonfuls of sugar, a pinch of salt, a bag of dry yeast, one and a half glasses of warm water (or slightly more: how much dough will take), 50 grams of butter, a little vegetable, a bag of sesame seeds. And, of course, the flour, which you need to take a glass of six.

Cooking dough

  1. In a small bowl with a warm water we pour out a packet of yeast.
  2. Half a glass of milk is brought to the boiling point and turned off. We pour into the container. There we introduce sugar with salt. And then add the butter, stirring thoroughly.
  3. As the oil dissolved, combine the mixture with the yeast solution obtained earlier and slightly staying. Attention: the overall mixture should be warm, and not hot, as at higher temperatures yeast cultures can die, and at low temperatures - do not develop as expected.
  4. In the mixture gradually, step by step, we introduce flour, kneading the dough well. It thickens right before your eyes, and when it becomes difficult to stir the spoon in a saucepan, it will be necessary to shift it to a table, sprinkled with flour, and continue to knead with your hands. Advice: all flour does not need to be introduced into the dough at once, a good principle "how much will take", known to our great-grandmothers, works!
  5. The dough should become elastic and stop sticking to your hands. Then it can be considered almost ready. Lubricate the semi-finished vegetable oil, cover with towels and send it to a warm place for about an hour.

We bake

That each bun with sesame has equal size with "girl-friends", from already raised, increased in the sizes of the test we will form equivalent balls. Approximately from 18 to 20 pieces are obtained. We lay out our blanks on an oven baking tray, sprinkled with flour (as an option - oiled). We leave free space so that each future bun with sesame does not come into contact with those surrounding it, as these bakery products tend to increase significantly in size when baked. Unconventional recipe: with honey and milk

But to your attention is a delicious and not quite traditional recipe for products with sesame: on milk and honey. We hope that she will not leave anyone indifferent. In order to prepare such buns with sesame in the oven, we will need several additional ingredients: one lemon along with zest, half a cup of honey. The remaining components remain unchanged.

Cooking is easy!

  1. Lemon and on a grater (shallow) gently rub the zest.
  2. In a deep dish, mix flour with salt plus lemon zest.
  3. Whisk the eggs. Milk is slightly warmed up.
  4. A mixture of flour and zest is rubbed with butter butter. Introduce yeast (previously diluted, if used dry) and honey plus most of the whipped eggs.
  5. Gradually add milk, kneading a steep dough.
  6. We knead the dough for rolls, until it becomes smooth and elastic. We cover it with napkins or a paper towel and put it in the warm for an hour.
  7. After an hour, the test volume is approximately doubled. We must once again properly knead, and then from it we form 15-20 balls of equal volume.
  8. A tray for ovens is greased with lean oil (you can take any, but better - sunflower for frying or olive), lay out balls on it for rolls and set aside in a warm place for a quarter of an hour.
  9. Reheat the oven well. The future of our buns with sesame, baked in the oven, grease with the remaining beaten eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds rather generously.
  10. Bake buns in the oven for about a quarter of an hour until they blush.

How to cool off ready-made baked goods to immediately cook hamburgers, for example, at a friendly party or a picnic? This can be done on an ordinary kitchen grate. Then they can be slightly anointed with butter, if you intend to use it as bread for the first and second dishes, and lay them on a large, wide dish.
