Vegetable salad with Peking cabbage can be prepared with the addition of mushrooms. This will give the dish a new, original touch.

Required products:

  • Peking (Chinese) cabbage - 400 g;
  • Mushrooms - 300 g;
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil;
  • vinegar;
  • Salt, sugar.

First you need to prepare mushrooms. In this recipe they are used in raw form, but who does not accept such food, can pre-brew them. So, the mushrooms are cleaned and cut with large lobules. Pour a mixture of vinegar, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Stir and give a pickle for about an hour.
