Seafood Cocktail. Salad and other delicious dishes

Sea cocktail in marinade

In the finished mixture, all the ingredients of this dish are already available, but if not, we need two portions of peeled shrimps and mussels (200 grams), squid and octopus (100 grams each). In boiling water, cook all the components of the cocktail for no more than two minutes.

For the marinade mix olive oil (a quarter of a glass), a teaspoon of wine vinegar, juice of one lemon, salt, red and black ground pepper on the tip of the knife. We put the boiled seafood in a wide glass or kremanku, fill them with marinade, decorate with a slice of lemon.
