To begin with, you should prepare all the vegetables for a salad. Pepper is cut by strips, onion - half rings, garlic and dill very finely chopped. Pumpkin is cut into thin slices. For beauty, you can even make them figured with molds.

The next stage of preparation is the creation of marinade. To do this, all the remaining ingredients are put in a saucepan and boiled exactly 5 minutes. After that, all the vegetables are poured with a hot marinade. All this mixture is cooled, and then sent to the refrigerator for 3 days. Decorate the ready marinated salad with dill sprigs.

As a useful and sweet dessert, this easy-to-prepare salad is suitable. It is necessary to take 300 g of pumpkin (its pre-clean), 2 apples, 4 tablespoons of honey, and walnuts. Pumpkin is cut into this salad very thin straws. It adds honey. All is well mixed and put in the refrigerator, so that the vegetable absorbs all the sweetness.
