  • olive oil;
  • vegetable oil;
  • A bit of basil (better lemon grade);
  • Salt, black pepper.

Step-by-step instruction on how to create a dish

The recipe for the Primavera pasta is not difficult, the most important thing in this dish is to prepare the zucchini properly. Let's proceed:

  1. We cut vegetables. Broccoli cut in half, cut the tips of the string bean and the rest of the shred on the brusochki 5 centimeters. We cut the zucchini and salt them. We peel the garlic and grind it on a small grater.
  2. Fry the zucchini in a frying pan until crisp. You can not let a vegetable turn into a mess. 1 minute before the end of the frying, add crushed garlic.
  3. In the prepared pan with water we dip the pasta, not forgetting to add the salt and vegetable oil to the water. Prepare to the state of semi-preparedness. 5-7 minutes before the end we start vegetables. Drain the water from the pan and leave it for a little from under the sauce paste (about 50 ml).
  4. We cut the leaves of lemon basil, cut parmesan cheese on a small grater and pour lemon juice into a separate container. Shink on a fine grater of zest.
  5. In a pot of pasta and vegetables, add zucchini, a little lemon peel and a couple of tablespoons of its juice, cream cheese, olive oil, basil. Solim and pepper. We add vegetable broth, carefully mix everything, leaving the paste on a weak fire for just a couple of minutes.

We put the dish in a bowl, crumble the remaining lemon peel. Add cheese, basil leaves - and the pasta is ready!

The recipe for the Primavera pasta with champignons and asparagus

Another popular version of this pasta is a dish made with champignons and asparagus. To prepare a serving for 4 people, you need to prepare the following products:

  • 300 gr. Pasta (your choice: more often it's spaghetti or linguini);
  • 200 gr. Champignons;
  • 250 gr. Asparagus;
  • 120 gr. Cherry tomatoes;
  • 60 g. Parmesan cheese;
  • 1 PC. Red bell pepper;
  • 200 gr. Chicken or meat broth;
  • 1/2 cup of milk;
  • 1 tbsp. A spoonful of flour;
  • A bunch of parsley;
  • Basil leaves;
  • olive oil;
  • 3 tooth. Garlic;
  • Salt, black pepper.

Step-by-step instruction for preparing pasta "Primavera" with mushrooms and asparagus

In a heated frying pan, a little fry the garlic, add the red bell pepper and simmer until soft. Then you need to start the mushrooms, asparagus and fry until cooked. After about 5 minutes, the vegetables will be processed, and you can prepare the sauce: pour in the flour, previously diluted with 3 tablespoons of water, and leave to stew for another 1 minute.

In parallel, boil the pasta in brackish water to the state of semi-preparedness.

In the pan add chicken or meat broth, milk, salt and pepper (if necessary) and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the whole mass becomes thick. Add the pasta and mix.

Ready to put the dish on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with herbs (parsley and basil). Pasta "Primavera" with mushrooms and asparagus is ready, pleasant appetite!
