Recipe No. 1: Stuffed Vegetables with Fish

The easiest way to cook an appetizing fish is to stuff it with vegetables and send it to the oven. That's exactly the way we are now. Required product list:

  • Cod (1 kg).
  • Carrots (2-3 pieces).
  • Onion (1 piece).
  • Salo (70 grams).
  • Butter (90 grams).
  • Mustard to taste.
  • Lemon (1 piece).
  • Condiments.

Start cooking with fish processing. Clearing it from the entrails, we wash it well. Then squeeze out the juice from the lemon and rub it on the fish. Also wipe the fish with pepper and salt. Now let's take care of the vegetables. We clear the bulb and carrots, and cut: onions - half rings, and carrots - straws or cubes. Mix the mixture for mixing and mix it into the fish. Now put the cod on the baking sheet, covered with foil. On the top of the fish lay a layer of mustard. Sprinkle with the remaining vegetables. After the vegetables, lay a layer of fat (cut into strips) and butter. If you like more spicy dishes, you can season with seasonings vegetables, with which we stuffed the inside of the fish. When all preparations are completed, the fish can be tightly wrapped in foil and sent to prepare. Bake the cod in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After waiting for the necessary time, we will remove the baking tray from the oven, open the foil and put the fish in the oven for another 7-10 minutes. Stuffed fish ready, and the household is already sitting at the table, armed with forks and plates!

Recipe # 2: Fish with cheese crust

Another great way of cooking cod - bake it in a cheese crust. To do this, clean the fish and cut it into pieces. We knead fish with sunflower oil and salt. Spread the cod on a baking sheet covered with oil. On top we put tomatoes cut into slices. We finish the preparation of the dish with grated cheese. Pour the cheese with a little oil (you can take olive oil). We put the pan in a preheated oven (200 degrees). Cod, baked with cheese, will be ready after a quarter of an hour.

Recipe # 3: Cod with beans

We will also prepare a tassel with beans, having made some simple manipulations. Take the cod fillets (about a kilogram) and divide into 6 equal parts. In the same amount cut the foil squares. We cover the pan with foil and start laying the beans (1 kg). After that, bend the edges of the foil to the top. In each serving of beans, add salt and pepper to taste, a little chopped green and pour one spoonful of olive oil. We put the sliced fillets in our kulechki. Pepper and salt. Now the kulechki tightly clamped and bake the cod in the oven. We cook fish 25 - 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
