Kneading the short dough (cooking time: 5 minutes)
Mix in a bowl a glass of flour with 150 g of solid butter (and margarine), cut into pieces, to the state of crumbs. Add to the mixture two yolks and half a glass of sugar or sugar powder. Cut the dough and roll it into a bowl.
Filling (cooking time: 5 minutes)
Crush 200 g of walnuts in any convenient way for you (combine, pass through a meat grinder or crush a knife) and mix the nut crumb with half a glass of sugar, or better - powder, and the protein of one egg.
