Fans of pickled mushrooms, for sure, at least once dreamed of cooking them at home. However, as practice shows, the presence of only dreams and the fungi themselves is small - you still need to prepare marinade. And to prepare a marinade for mushrooms, you need to know the recipe. Marinade for mushrooms

Marinade, cooked according to the recipe below, is very tasty, and is prepared not only quickly, but also easily. In addition, mushrooms are consumed by them for a week - quickly, is not it?

The main rule of a successful marinade is that you need to take a strictly specified amount of ingredients for its preparation - no more than a gram or a gram less. And then you can please your family with a delicious preparation called "pickled mushrooms".

To prepare you need:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 0,5 kg;
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons;
  • Sugar-2 tablespoons (preferably with top);
  • Table vinegar - 50 g;
  • Laurel leaf - 2 pcs .;
  • Black pepper (peas, sweet-smelling);
  • Grain mustard;
  • Cloves.

Preparation of pickled mushrooms according to this recipe begins with the primary processing of the main ingredient - mushrooms. It consists in their cleaning and washing. Wash preferably under running water.

After this, the mushrooms should be poured with water and put on the stove until the water boils. Please note that it is necessary that the amount of water that can hide mushrooms in the pan and even slightly cover them. After boiling, the water can be drained off. However, this is not all - you will need another cooking, for which the mushrooms need to be refilled with clean water and cook, adding salt and sugar. After stirring, add the vinegar and leave to cook for another 7 minutes.

After the allotted seven minutes you need to add all the spices listed in the list of ingredients to the almost ready marinade. In this composition, you need to prepare the marinade for another 15 minutes, and then take off the tiles.

Prepare jars in advance - sterilize them. Now you need to lay mushrooms with marinade in cooked jars and roll up.

After about a week, you can enjoy delicious mushrooms in a homemade marinade.

Whatever may be said about the fact that marinade for all types of mushrooms is prepared almost equally - nothing like that. As already mentioned a little earlier, if you make a little mistake in the required amount of ingredients, the taste will not turn out to be so saturated - it means that the pickle for the mushrooms will be unpleasant, and the mushrooms that soaked them, respectively, too. To prepare you need:

  • Butter mushrooms;
  • Water - 1 liter;
  • Salt - 2 tablespoons;
  • Sugar-3 tablespoons;
  • Black fragrant pepper (peas) - 10 peas;
  • Laurel leaves;
  • Dry grains of dill;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Cloves;
  • Table vinegar (9%) - 1 tbsp. L.

Preparation of mushrooms begins with their washing. For this procedure, you need to choose the most bulky dishes, regardless of the number of mushrooms. This is due to the fact that oil masters are able to collect on themselves a different dust dirt, since their cap is oily. Using the same deep capacity, you can ensure the maximum cleanliness of washed mushrooms - the existing sand will remain on it, and the fact that it will be easier to float to the surface.

If your mushrooms are large enough, then it is better to cut them into pieces.

Prepared mushrooms should be boiled in water, which should be salt and add a little vinegar. The duration of cooking is about 10 minutes, after which the water is drained, the mushrooms are poured fresh and again boiled in the same way, but only for 15 minutes. And you in the meantime prepare banks - they need to be sterilized.

Prepare the marinade from the remaining ingredients listed in the parent list. It should be boiled for five minutes and pour mushrooms, laid in sterilized jars. After that, it only remains to roll up the jars and leave them in a dark cool place.
