This mix contains a lot of protein, vegetable fats - after all we add a walnut, and prunes, as is known, helps digestion. To this salad brought you the maximum benefit, instead of, for example, fried chicken, take the boiled breasts, and the mayonnaise dressing can be completely replaced with non-fat sour cream or natural yogurt. Either way, be guided by your own taste or your family's preferences. In this article we give two recipes to choose from.

How to prepare a salad with prunes and chicken and nuts

This dish is very nutritious and caloric, so it may well be a full-fledged second for lunch. Its energy value is 233 kcal per 100 g, keep this in mind if you follow a diet. Although there is a risk that the taste of our salad can make you forget about the need to follow the figure. For him you will need:

  • 400 g of boiled chicken fillet (it is best to take the breasts);
  • 2 large pickled cucumbers;
  • 5 hard-boiled chicken eggs;
  • 200 g of soaked prunes;
  • 1 glass of walnuts;
  • 1 can of canned corn;
  • Mayonnaise for refueling.

Perhaps this is the easiest to prepare salad. Chicken, nuts, prunes, cucumbers and eggs are cut into pieces or squares - as you like, and then put in a bowl. They also need to add corn, season with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste. And from the top generously sprinkle with walnuts. If you already have a boiled filet, for example, often after lunch in the refrigerator remain pieces of chicken, the rest - it's just five minutes. But if you seriously approach the process and use fresh salads in the salad, you will need to boil them for 20 minutes. Agree, a salad with prunes and chicken and nuts can cook even a schoolboy. By the way, if you are going to serve to a festive table, in this case the ingredients in the salad bowl can be laid out in layers in the following order: first the eggs, followed by walnuts, chicken, cucumbers, prunes and corn. Before you spread the next layer, apply the previous one with mayonnaise, but do not overdo it. From above you can decorate with walnuts.

Salad with prunes and chicken and nuts - option T with beets

We can say that this is a typical "winter" dish, in fact we use salads with boiled beets in the cold season, we can give for example the favorite New Year's "Herring under the fur coat", and the vitamin "Vinaigrette". To diversify your menu, try to prepare a salad for two portions (if you are going to cook more - proportionally increase the number of ingredients), take:

  • 100 g of boiled chicken, fillet;
  • 1 small beets (it is better to cook several pieces in advance);
  • 1 small green apple, sour to taste;
  • 4 things. Prunes;
  • A handful of walnuts;
  • For refueling - natural yoghurt, lemon juice - no more than 1 teaspoon, and salt.

Finely chop the ingredients into a salad: chicken, prunes, walnuts should turn out to be neat pieces. Beet and apple grate on a large grater. By the way, if you cook it and breasts in advance, then the preparation of the dish will take you only a couple of minutes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with a mixture of yogurt and lemon juice, salt and mix well. That's so easy to diversify your menu in winter.
