In our time, beets also have a well-deserved popularity in folk medicine, it influences positively on blood and metabolism, as it contains a "treasure" of vitamins and nutrients. Vegetables peeled and cut into cubes, chop the onions finely, cut the cucumbers as well as vegetables. Sour cabbage should be squeezed slightly from the juice. The first is beetroot cooked, which is immediately refueled with oil, so that other ingredients are not stained with beet juice. Next, combine the other vegetables and season with a little oil, add salt and seasonings to taste.

Dishes from the boiled beet are various, the main rule is to boil the vegetable in advance, as it is cooked for about 45 minutes. After the beets are boiled, you can prepare a variety of salads that your guests will surely like.
