Stewed potatoes with meat - tasty and fast

Braised potatoes with meat and mushrooms

You will need these ingredients:

• one and a half to two kilograms of potatoes;
• three hundred grams of pork;
• three hundred grams of champignons;
• sunflower oil;
• one carrot (large);
• two onions;
• ground black pepper;
• black peppercorns;
• seasoning specifically for potatoes;
• salt;
• laurel leaf;
Seasoning from a mixture of vegetables.

How to prepare stewed potatoes with meat and mushrooms? First we wash the meat and cut it into slices. We clean and finely chop one bulb. We heat the frying pan and pour the sunflower oil. In a frying pan, put the meat and fry until a crispy crust. Then add the onion. Mushrooms are washed, cleaned, cut into cubes and also fried in sunflower oil.

Potatoes should be washed, brushed and cut into cubes. Finely chop the second onion. We rub the carrot on a grater. We mix potatoes with meat, onions, carrots, mushrooms. All this season with the above seasonings and pour into a saucepan. Then we fill the potatoes with water, put it on the gas and wait until it boils, and then make the gas less and stew until ready. Such stewed potatoes with meat and mushrooms are served with salted cucumbers or tomatoes.

If there is not too much time to prepare dinner, then use our recipe for potato stew with stuffing. Preparation of such a dish and time will not take much, and the result you definitely like.

Stewed potatoes with minced meat and onions

Ingredients:

• five bulbs (medium size);
• three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 300-500 grams of stuffing (any);
• half a kilo of potatoes;
• 350 grams of carrots;
• 400 ml of broth (meat) or plain water;
• three tablespoons of tea salt;
• 150 grams of green peas (frozen);
• one tablespoon (table) of tomato paste;
• two spoons of parsley (sliced);
• 150 grams of sour cream.

Heat the oil and add the chopped onion and minced meat into it. Stew until the minced meat has lost its original red color. Then add to it diced carrots and potatoes. Fry for five minutes, stirring. Then pour the broth, salt and simmer for another ten minutes. Pour out the frozen peas and stew for five more minutes. Next we add tomato paste.
At the end of cooking potatoes add sour cream and parsley (or decorate the dish before serving).

When the time is very short, and you need to prepare a tasty and satisfying lunch, you can use even simpler recipes. We will tell you how to extinguish potatoes with stew to make it tasty, and its preparation did not take long.

Stewed potatoes with stew

For cooking, you will need:
• about ten potatoes;
• one can of stew;
• one can of red beans in tomato sauce;
• four salted cucumbers (small);
• one carrot;
• one onion;
• salt and pepper;
• A couple of laurel leaves.

We boil the water in a saucepan and in the meantime we clean and cut the potatoes into cubes. When the water boils, you need to sprinkle it a little and pour potatoes into it. Onions should be finely chopped, carrots grated, pickled cucumbers, too. All this is poured out to our potatoes, then add a couple of leaves of laurel and pepper.

We put the stew to the potatoes, and let it cook on a small fire. Approximately five minutes before cooking, you need to add the beans in the sauce and mix everything thoroughly. If necessary, spices are used. If you love, so that the potatoes are not thick, you can add more water.

This simple dish in total will cook for about half an hour.
