Onion finely shred and fry until golden in vegetable oil. Then we pour the onions with cream and wait for the mixture to boil, then turn it off or remove it from the fire. When the mixture has cooled, blend the mass into a sauce, do not forget to salt it. You can add fresh greens to the color. Minced meat, too, fry, salt and pepper. We take any form for baking, lubricate the bottom with butter. Puree is divided into two parts, one of which is laid out on the bottom of the mold. Then evenly spread over the mashed potatoes, cover the remaining mashed potatoes. Lubricate the surface with beaten eggs and send the casserole to the oven for about 40 minutes. We cut the hot casserole into portions, sprinkle with sauce and sprinkle with green onions, looks very appetizing.
