For her, you will need butter 1 packet (82%), egg, a glass of sugar, vanilla and a glass of cream (20%). If you have 72% oil, then add a couple of teaspoons of flour, and if you use milk instead of cream, cut it in half (that is, only half a cup). Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance and put it in a warm place. It must melt well. Egg mix with sugar and pour gradually hot cream. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Leave it to cool. To unclamped eclairs at home have turned out both from the store, they need to be filled using a bag or confectionery syringe. If you do not have this in stock, it is better to cut the eclair into halves and stuff it with a spoon. After the cakes have cooled, finish the cream.
