Danish hot dog: the secrets of cooking

Do you know that so often swearing by all (it has become fashionable) fast food can also be home-made and tasty? We offer you to treat your guests and guests with a quick and wonderful meal called "Danish hot dog". Judging from experience, no one has refused this hearty snack. Some people think that the main thing is that this dish is famous for its crispy onions. However, for example, the French and Danish hot dogs differ in their cooking technology. In a convenient container, add 30 grams of sifted flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground pepper (black), and other spices. All the ingredients are mixed. Add some milk and mix. We clean the bulbs and cut into half rings. We take a small portion of the semirings and pan in the resulting mixture. Lenten oil is heated in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the onion until golden over medium heat. The resulting golden half-rings are placed on a napkin or paper towel to dry, remove the remaining fat and cool.

Sausages

Sausages for a Danish hot dog, as already mentioned above, you can take, for example, Viennese. However, for home cooking for a not too meticulous recipe suitable for any variety. The main thing is that they are natural, fresh and without a celluloid shell (otherwise it must be removed). If you want to do all the rules, then look for the sort of "Knakers". Yes, and do not forget to pre-fry this ingredient in a frying pan before the ruddy state. This is done on a well-heated frying pan in lean oil (it should not be particularly regretted). We dip each sausage into boiling oil with the help of special tongs - it's convenient - and periodically rotate along the axis. With proper skills, the product is very quickly browned from all sides. Then we remove the sausages from the oil with the same tweezers and remove excess fat with a kitchen towel or napkin.

Bun for a Danish hot dog with sesame seeds

Buns cook with their own hands do not make much sense, since they can be bought today in any supermarket, and the freshest. Each must be cut along the center, not cut to the very end. In the hole of an uncut bun, we put a cucumber pre-cut into long rings, and one toasted sausage (by the way, for those who are afraid of excess fat: you can use a boiled option). We taste a Danish hot dog with mustard with ketchup. And - the final chord - generously sprinkled with crispy fragrant onions.
