Chicken salad with pineapple: delicious classic

Meat with fruits combine the cook long. And all because fruits give a peculiar pleasant taste to meat. This article will focus on salads that use chicken and pineapple. The variety of these salads is sometimes amazing. The number of ingredients is sometimes too. But to begin with, the recipe for the simplest dish is a chicken salad with pineapple.

This salad is really simple to prepare. It includes only 4 ingredients, including mayonnaise. In addition to chicken fillet and canned pineapple, for its preparation you will need only hard cheese.

Z00 g of chicken breast is boiled, crushed and transferred to a salad bowl. Then open a 200-gram jar of canned pineapple, merge with sir and pour them into the chicken. By the way, pineapples should be pieces, not rings. Then there is a tinder 300 g of cheese, pour mayonnaise, salt and mix.

There is another interesting recipe - salad "Tenderness" with pineapple. The first thing to do is boil half a kilo of chicken fillet and 7 eggs. Both are cut into large pieces. Then open canned pineapples and corn, drain the liquid from them and pour out to the rest of the ingredients. There tinder on a large grater cheese, finely cut onions, season with mayonnaise and mix.

In general, cheese is almost a constant ingredient in the dish "Chicken and Pineapple Salad". However, the next two recipes do not contain cheese. The first of them includes another common ingredient - canned champignons. In the second ingredient a lot, and many of them quite unexpected.

So, lettuce "Lady's whim" with pineapple. It includes chicken breast, onion, pineapple, champignons and mayonnaise. First, of course, you need to boil the fillets. While it is brewed, open canned pineapples and cut into small pieces. Champignons fry on medium heat, along with onions, diced. Finely chop the chicken, mix with other ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

The next chicken salad with pineapple is really interesting and original. It contains a fairly large number of ingredients. In addition to pineapples and chicken, this salad includes leaf lettuce, yellow sweet pepper, cranberries. For dressing this salad you use homemade sauce, which includes mustard, grape seed oil, lemon juice, black ground pepper.

To begin with, the raw fillet (300 g) is cut into cubes and fried in vegetable oil until a crust appears. The same pieces are cut and sweet pepper (1 pc.). Then mix the ingredients of the dressing. On a plate lay washed and dried leaves of lettuce, chicken, pepper and pineapples (100 g), sprinkle all this with cranberries and pour it all with sauce.

The number of ingredients in the last recipe is indicated in two portions.

Chicken and pineapple salad in most cases is a mild food, and if you use light mayonnaise or mix it with low-fat sour cream, then it can be considered a diet dish. All this only increases the popularity of such salads, especially among women.

Another advantage of salads with pineapple is the prevailing opinion that pineapple burns fats. Unfortunately, this property of pineapple is invented by people. In general, fat-burning foods are just a myth based on the fact that on different pineapple and cabbage diets a person really loses weight. But this effect is achieved by an elementary decrease in the calorie content of the diet, and not by the special properties of the foods included in the diet.

Nevertheless, pineapple is a very suitable product for those who want to lose extra pounds. The fact is that there are absolutely no fats and proteins in it, only 17% of carbohydrates, and everything else is water and vitamins with microelements and other useful substances.

But only use pineapple stands with caution. Especially for those who have stomach problems. For people who have increased secretion of gastric juices, pineapple is contraindicated. And a healthy person a lot of pineapple at one time is not worth using.
