So, let's start the test. To begin with, let's take a sausage recipe with a puff pastry. Let's say at once - you can buy it in the store, and cook it yourself. At a price, the puff pastry is quite inexpensive, and the yield of the product will pay back your costs. If you want to tinker in the kitchen and feel like a real cook - go to the table! Take 400 grams of flour, three quarters of a glass of water, 350 grams of butter and a little salt. Pre-soften butter, and, connecting with a part of the flour (five detrimental table spoons), roll out a thickness of one and a half to two centimeters and put it under the freezer for half an hour. The rest of the flour is sown on a board, we make a hole in the middle, we fill in water and a pinch of citric acid. Well knead and roll out the dough, then form a ball from it and put it on the fridge for half an hour. After the elapsed time, we take out the dough and make the same layer as the oil with flour. We spread oil and flour from above and roll it out with a rolling pin. The thickness of the dough is approximately one centimeter. Elastic folded dough folded in four and put it for half an hour in the cold. This procedure of rolling and cooling must be done four times. Next, the dough is rolled out in a thin layer, sausages are placed there and wrapped. For beauty, you can make a strip and wrap it in a spiral, or you can just snap the edges. In the oven, this dough with sausages is baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes, in any case, the dough should be checked regularly. Before shipment to the oven, you can grease the top with egg yolk for shine.

But the sausages in the fried dough - a real rapture - both on cooking time, and to taste. The dough in this case is prepared quickly, directly fast. Half a glass of slightly warmed milk and as much warm water stir with one teaspoon of sugar, put in it as much dry yeast and salt on the tip of the knife. In the resulting mixture, we introduce flour in order to obtain a mass resembling a dough for pancakes. For twenty minutes we leave it warm - it will be good for this time. In the meantime, we clean sausages - about 15 pieces, if these are small items, or pieces of seven or eight large.

In vegetable oil, brought to a significant temperature, we spread the dough of oblong form (along the length of sausages) and immediately put sausages into it. Top with another spoon dough. They are prepared very quickly, the main thing is to monitor the fire and turn it over in time to not burn.

If you want sausages in a baked test, then this recipe is not complicated. In one glass of milk, add the beaten egg, salt (pinch), sugar (two tablespoons), vegetable oil (six tablespoons) and mix everything thoroughly. Add the flour and get a mixture of a homogeneous consistency. We put this weight for an hour in the refrigerator. During this time you can grate cheese, mix it with dill and put it in a cut sausage. Now we take out the dough and from the pieces we roll out the ribbons, with which we wind the sausages. We top it with yolk and put it on a baking sheet at 180 degrees - oven for 20 minutes.
