Sandwiches on skewers: fast and tasty

The name of the snack in German means "bread and butter". Traditionally, a sandwich was a small slice of rye or white bread, oiled, on top of which they put a piece of cheese, fish or sausage. Today, sandwich recipes are much more diverse, they include all sorts of ingredients for every taste. Sandwiches on skewers, sandwiches in the oven, microwave, cold and sandwich sandwiches - ways of making this universal snack are also huge.

Sandwiches on skewers (or canapés) are so-called mini sandwiches, 4-5 centimeters in length. They are convenient because they do not require a lot of time and expense for their preparation, besides, thanks to skewers, sandwiches do not crumble apart, so they are convenient to take from a plate and eat. Another positive thing about cooking is that sandwiches on skewers are made up of ready-made products. Stringing canapes, remember that in the last place on the skewer you need to prick a square piece of cheese, thanks to this mini-sandwich will stand steadily on the platter.

Canapé "Still Life"

Required products:

  • lemon;
  • Brynza unsalted (100 g);
  • bread;
  • Olives without pits (15 pcs);
  • Sugar (2 tablespoons);
  • Fresh parsley.

Cut the bread into small pieces of round or square shape. Brynza cut into cubes 2 to 2 centimeters. Lemon wash, peel and cut into slices, then cut them in half. Put the prepared products on the skew in the following sequence: a square of bread, a cube of brynza, a half-piece of lemon, an olive. Canapes are laid out on a dish, decorated with parsley and sprinkled with sugar.

Canapé with red fish

Required products:

  • Loaf;
  • parsley;
  • Salted red fish (pink salmon, salmon, trout) 200 g;
  • Green olives;
  • butter.

First cut the bread into the same pieces (no crusts). Cut pieces of bread into small equal triangles (4 centimeters). Triangle of bread, butter and put a piece of fresh parsley on it. Products:

  • bread;
  • Butter (50 g);
  • Ground pepper;
  • Cheese (150 g);
  • salt;
  • sunflower oil ;
  • Tomatoes (3 pieces).

Grate the cheese on the grater. Slightly mash the butter and mix it with the cheese. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut the bread into pieces of the same size. Each slice of bread grease with grated cheese and butter, top with a piece of tomato and onions, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Bake a saucepan with sunflower oil, put the cooked sandwiches on it and send it to the oven for 15 minutes. Hot sandwiches are ready!

Sandwiches with sprats baked in the oven

Products:

  • Sprats;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • baguette;
  • mayonnaise.

Baguette cut into the same size pieces and grease with mayonnaise. Sprats put on a plate and mash with a fork (should get a homogeneous mass). Rub hard cheese. On pieces of bread, greased with mayonnaise, evenly sprinkle sprats, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven for 10 minutes for baking.
