Samples of orders for employment and the nuances of their drafting.

When a new employee is required to be compulsorily appointed, the management (the personnel body) must issue an order for employment.

All samples of orders for recruitment must correspond to the form N T-1 with the admission of one employee, and form N T-1a when employing a group of employees.

Registration of such orders at enterprises is usually handled by a special person, who is responsible for human resources work. The execution of the employment order takes place after the employee is signed by the employee with the employment contract. It is the labor contract that is the main document and the basis for issuing the order on assignment to work.

All samples of orders for employment, regardless of who they are formalized, should contain the basic data. These data include:

  • Name of the enterprise (organization) that employs the employee;
  • The name of the department (division, shop), in which a new employee will be employed;
  • Full title of the position with a mandatory indication of the specialty;
  • Time and deadline for the expiration of the probationary period, if he was appointed and stipulated in an employment contract;
  • Peculiarities of working conditions, the nature of job duties, and also the salary may be indicated.

It is worth remembering that if the employment contract does not specify specific dates and dates for the employment of a new employee, then the corresponding order columns are also not filled.

When hiring several employees, in the order according to Form N T-1a, all data relating to the organization of labor are indicated for each employee separately.

After drawing up the order (order), the head of the enterprise (organization) must definitely assure him. When such an order is signed, it acquires legal force and is filed in the enterprise. In addition, this order is necessarily brought to the new employee on receipt.

When hiring a part-time employee, samples of orders for employment have the same form as in other cases.

After the order is signed and entered into force, the personal notes of the employee at the enterprise (personal card and work record book) are entered corresponding marks. Also, the order for employment allows the accountant to open a personal account for the employee.

Otherwise, the publication of the order for employment should not cause difficulties, since the standard or unified form of this document is easy to fill. But at the same time the form of the order on employment differs from other standard documents by a relatively moderate formalization. Therefore, many sections of the form of the order can be filled almost in any order.

Samples of orders for employment have a number of advantages and disadvantages over arbitrary forms of documents. Given that the form has a clear list of sections, it does not allow the employer to make separate notes on the passage of briefings, coordination with the employee of all working conditions, medical examinations, etc. On the one hand, this simplifies the entire procedure of hiring a little. However, in fact, this situation leads to the need to provide the employee with separate sheets and certificates in addition.

After the order has gained legal force and the employee was acquainted with him under the signature, he must arrive at the place of work at the time specified in the order. If this did not happen, and the employee did not provide valid arguments (supporting documents), why he did not come to the workplace on time, the employer has the full legal right to annul this order.
