Modern foundations of the theory of enterprise management

The system approach in management science considers governance theory as a multifaceted phenomenon, which unites processes, resources and tasks that occur inside and outside the organization. In this perspective, the fundamentals of management theory assume the multidimensionality of the organization and the need to take into account the influence and interaction of many factors that have, directly or indirectly, an impact on the process of its functioning.

Fundamentals of management theory in innovative management are a system that can be divided into two subsystems: material and non-material. The first covers the production and technical process, the second creates a basic, defining basis for the development of innovative processes. Innovations in the organization of management are carried out with the help of special methods (diagnostics and intensification), which are conducted using document analysis, survey, observation and innovative experiment.

The fundamentals of the theory of product quality management presuppose the management of the market performance of the enterprise, the competitiveness and results of each employee. In the definition of the International Organization for Standardization, quality means a combination of characteristics and properties of a product or service that gives them the ability to meet the needs of customers. Quality management is based on such factors as: a) the quality of personnel (ie, the productivity of managers and executives, and their personal qualities that help in the manufacture and operation of products); B) quality of materials, means of labor, equipment and premises; C) the quality of the organization of the work process.

Fundamentals of the theory of human resources management highlight the means of managing qualitative and quantitative indicators of the composition of personnel that ensure the functioning and achievement of the objectives of the enterprise. Personnel technology is a set of actions, operations and techniques that help to obtain information about the abilities, knowledge, skills and capabilities of the applicant for a certain position. This directly affects the efficiency of the enterprise.

There are many theories that illuminate the basics of management. One of the most famous theoreticians of the last century, Drucker, put forward the idea that management should begin with setting goals, and only then proceed to the formation of systems of interaction and functions. Drucker called the main task of management the process of increasing the productivity of workers. According to the theory of the scientist, every manager should direct his efforts to achieve the economic goals of the enterprise and to satisfy his clients. It was they who put forward the idea of a self-governing collective, the essence of which is to create a democratic body of workers who are obliged to solve social issues of the enterprise. Besides these, Drucker is still the author of many other ideas in the field of management.

Classification of management systems reflects the management models developed and implemented in practice by various scientists and specialists. Modern figures consider management at the same time as an exact and humanitarian science, which is the sum of the results (they can always be verified and confirmed), as well as a system of beliefs and experience.

Thus, the history of the development of the management theory reflects the stories of people who plan, organize, select personnel, and also manage and control their economic and social development. The trend of development of the theory of management has a direct impact both on the formation of the management system of the enterprise as a whole, and on the management of personnel.
