Courgettes are a versatile vegetable. Of these, you can make many different dishes. This is not only side dishes, but also excellent recipes with the use of zucchini, as the main dish. This vegetable is baked, fried, stewed, cooked with jam and added to other foods. Zucchini in batter - this is one of the options for cooking. Consider a few traditional and a couple of unusual recipes.

Zucchini are low-calorie, and therefore dishes made from them, are great for those who want to lose weight. In addition, this vegetable contains a huge amount of useful vitamins. Zucchini easily assimilated and suitable for eating even for young children.

Zucchini in batter are prepared in several ways. To start a simple option. Take a kilogram of courgettes and cut them in circles not more than one centimeter thick. For batter, mix two chicken eggs, a spoonful of sour cream, 3.5 tablespoons of flour, salt and any pepper to taste and a little (1 clove) of garlic. All the ingredients are mixed very well so that there are no lumps. The amount of flour can be increased so that the consistency of the batter is like that of thick sour cream.

Then we dip each piece of zucchini into the batter and fry it in a heated frying pan. You can serve with a side dish or sauce.

When preparing this dish, you can use other ingredients. We cook zucchini in batter with greens.

For this, only one zucchini will be needed. We cut it with small circles of small thickness. Then we leave the salt for a while. It is necessary that the pieces are soaked in salt and let the juice run. For batter, you need to take two eggs and add to them two tablespoons (table) flour. Then beat this mixture a little and add a pinch of salt. We make sure that there are no lumps in the batter. Take a piece of vegetable marrow, let it drain off excess liquid and dipped it into the batter. Preheat the frying pan and pour the vegetable oil into it. Spread zucchini in batter on the heated frying pan and fry on each side. It should turn out to be a beautiful crust. On top of hot zucchini sprinkle finely chopped herbs. Use parsley or dill if desired.

And now the original recipe for the dish. Zucchini in batter filled with meat. We will need 2 kilograms of this vegetable, 500 grams of minced meat, better beef, 300 grams of onions, a small head of garlic, a few crumbs ground and seasoned.

We clean the squash from the peel and cut it into circles about one centimeter thick. Remove seeds and sprinkle with salt. We leave zucchini for a while. Now you need to prepare the fill. Take a little vegetable oil and add it to the pan, which we put on the fire. Then we cut finely two onions and half a head of garlic. Fry them on vegetable oil, and then add 250 grams of chopped canned tomatoes. Cook until the sauce thickens. Next, pour 100 ml of cream and add paprika, coriander, salt and pepper spicy. We let the jellied to boil and remove it from the fire.

Now we pass through the meat grinder onions, a little garlic and pulp of zucchini without seeds. Mix the resulting mixture with minced meat and breadcrumbs and add salt and any pepper to taste.

We prepare the batter. We take 4 eggs, 100 ml of water, 180 grams of good flour and a little salt. We mix everything.

Prepared courgettes are dried with a towel and fill them with minced meat. Then dipped them in cooked dough and fry on each side. We shift zucchini in batter to the baking tray and fill them with the remaining cream. From above - pouring. Bake for about 50 minutes in the oven, setting the temperature at 200 degrees. Served with greenery.

You can also cook zucchini with chicken. To do this, we use chicken minced meat. To make it juicy, you can add a little butter. Rice spices and seasonings to taste.
