"Royal" Viennese waffles: recipe for electric wafer

Waffle iron for Viennese waffles is at home for many people, but, unfortunately, it is used only in isolated cases. After all, the easiest way to get a melt in your mouth is a cookie in a confectionery store.

However, it is worth noting that no delicacy will be as tasty and delicate as the one you make with your own hands from the best and quality ingredients.

Necessary products for the test:

  • Butter fresh - 200 grams;
  • Granulated sugar - 75 grams or one third of a faceted glass ;
  • Sugar vanilla - one small sachet;
  • Salt - one small pinch;
  • Eggs of chicken - six large pieces;
  • Wheat flour - 300 grams or two incomplete glasses;
  • Baking powder for the dough - two dessert spoons;
  • Cream 30% - 200 milliliters;
  • Sunflower oil - for lubricating the mold;
  • Mineral water with gas - a small amount.

In order for this dessert to turn out lush and soft, it is extremely important to knead the dough as described below. Thus, you need to take two hundred grams of melted butter and carefully beat it, gradually adding 75 grams of sugar, a little salt and a bag of vanillin. After this, it is required to break into a separate bowl six large chicken eggs and mix them with a whisk until a thick foam forms. Then, both resulting mixtures must be combined, adding to them a fatty 30% cream.

Further it is necessary to separately stir wheat flour and baking powder, and then pour them into the prepared mass. Thus, you should get an almost liquid dough (like a pancake). If it is too steep, then it is recommended to add a small amount of mineral water with gas.

Heat treatment of dessert:

Before laying the dough on the base of the kitchen appliance, make sure that it is heated to the maximum temperature. Then, with the help of a culinary brush, it is necessary to lubricate both surfaces of the electric wafer. After that you can start cooking sweet wafers. To do this, take a half spoons of the base and gently lay it on the surface of the kitchen unit. Next, the appliance needs to be closed and held for a while in this position until the dessert is browned on both sides.

Correct feed to the table:

Get the ready hot dessert from the kitchen appliance with a fork. Carefully place it on the cutting board and wait until it is slightly cool.
