Mix the vegetables and add to them two large spoons of sour cream, half a cup of flour, two eggs and a little salt. While making the dough, heat the frying pan, which has Teflon coating. But the most unique dish is fried potatoes with porcini mushrooms. It is necessary to wash five large mushrooms and clean them from contamination. Cut them into large pieces and put them under the lid. At this time, clean six large tubers, cut into strips and cook the fried potatoes in another pan. At the very end, add to it mushrooms, a little salt and a hundred grams of butter. Wait until it melts, turn off the fire and leave the dish under the lid for about fifteen minutes. Serve with salted cucumbers and tomatoes.
