The second recipe: how to cook a compote of cherries and apricots

This drink is obtained with a surprisingly beautiful color - orange-raspberry. Fruits wash. Split apricots into halves, removing the stone. Cherries are used entirely. In each three-liter jar, put ten apricot halves. Pour two cups of cherries on top. Fill neatly the contents of the cans with boiling water. Then you need to use a special lid with holes. With it, drain the water into a saucepan. Now in this capacity, pour sugar at the rate of 250 g per jar. After boiling, pour the fruit over the syrup and roll up the lids. Turn over, wrap the compote until completely cooled.

The third recipe: how to brew compote of cherries and apples

Fruits choose dense, without damage. Apples (2.5 kg) cut into quarters, removing the core. Cherries (1.5 kg) can be used as a whole, and pitted. After mixing these ingredients, fill them with cans half. Then prepare the syrup: per liter of water you need 300 g of sugar - and pour it with compote. Set the prepared cans to be sterilized in a wide container from the following calculation: half-liter - 10 minutes, liter - 15 minutes. Hot roll up and wrap.

The fourth recipe: how to cook compote of cherries and strawberries

An original, bright and very useful drink is obtained if the sugar is replaced with honey. A combination of two tastes will make compote surprisingly fragrant. Take 2 kg of cherries and strawberries. Pick berries and wash. Remove cherries from the cherries. In a large saucepan, place two cups of honey. After he almost completely melt on low heat, pour 6 liters of water and mix until a homogeneous syrup is obtained. Pour the strawberries and cherries into the pan and cook. After letting the compote boil, leave it to cool, turning off the fire. Repeat this process three more times within two days. In the last, the fifth stage, cooked compote pour out on sterile jars and roll up.
