Thus, you need to take a large metal pan, pour in exactly 4 liters of drinking purified water, and then pour in the sugar. It should be especially noted that the compote of rhubarb, the recipe of which provides for the use of a glass of sugar, is quite sour. In this regard, if you prefer to eat more sweet drinks, then the amount of this loose product is better to increase by one and a half or two times.

The resulting liquid must be brought to a boil on high heat, and then also boil no more than 2 minutes.

When the rhubarb drink with lemon slices becomes warm, it should be filtered through a sieve or gauze into a decanter, and then put in a cold store for 3-4 hours.
