Most often this wonderful product is used as a sauce for shish kebab and barbecue. Very tasty meat is obtained, marinated in soy sauce. It becomes tender, acquires an unusual taste and is very quickly prepared.

Shish kebab with soy sauce - recipe for chicken fillet

For 1 kg of chicken meat we prepare marinade:

- soy sauce - 4 tablespoons;

- Olive oil - 60 grams;

- lemon juice - 3 tablespoons;

- garlic - 5 denticles;

- ground pepper.

Wash chicken meat, dry, cut into pieces about 3 cm. Grind garlic. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add the ground pepper carefully, considering that the soy sauce is so sharp. Put the meat in a marinade, close the dishes and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. During this time, prepare the coals, after which you can begin to thread pieces of fillet on the skewers. Prepare the chicken meat very quickly, do not forget to constantly turn the skewers.

Pork shish kebab with vegetables, marinated in soy sauce

Products:

- pork - 2 kg;

- Bulgarian pepper - 3 pieces;

- tomato - 4 pieces;

- onion - 4 pieces;

- soy sauce - 100 ml;

- mayonnaise - 150 grams;

- ketchup - 2 tablespoons;

- mustard - 2 tablespoons;

Water 400 ml;

- to taste vinegar, spices, sugar, salt.

Very original taste gives a ready-made dish a combination of such products as vegetables, pork, soy sauce. Shish kebab will turn out juicy, delicate, fragrant. First, prepare the sauce for shish kebab. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, salt. Meat cut into large pieces, put in a marinade and put into the refrigerator for the night. Vegetables also need to be cut into large pieces, onions - rings. We prepare marinade for vegetables: boil water, add vinegar, salt, spices.
