Previously, it was prepared according to state standards, and it turned out to be a sufficiently high-quality product that was in demand. Now, what is sold in stores, sometimes you can not call bread. But those who care about their health, find a way out, buy bread makers and bake them in such a useful product. For example, you can make bread with honey and nuts, saturated with vitamins and trace elements.
Recipe # 1: bread with nuts and honey (ingredients)
For self-preparation of this bread we need: 0.6 kg of wheat flour, two and a half teaspoons of salt, two and a half spoons of sugar sand, two tablespoons of honey, 50 grams of walnuts, a teaspoonful of yeast dry, 380 ml of milk, two and a half Tablespoons olive oil. The ingredients should be enough for eight servings, it takes four and a half hours to cook bread with honey and nuts.
We bake bread with honey and nuts
In a bucket for the bread maker we lay flour, sugar sand, oil and salt. Milk warmed, lay honey in a separate bowl. Then, the milk, heated, poured into a container of honey and, until it is completely dissolved, mix thoroughly. After this, pour the resulting mixture into the bread maker's bucket. We clean walnuts and crush them in a blender, or you can use your hands. Also we send them to the bucket, which, at this stage, we put in the bread maker. In the dispenser it is necessary to fall asleep yeast.
Recipe number 2: bread with honey
To make this, not less tasty and useful bread, we need: one packet (400 grams) of baking finished bread "Rye Bread", one and a half teaspoons of yeast, as much salt, 15 grams of natural honey, 260 ml of water. Now we will prepare bread with honey in the bread maker. We measure one whole and three quarters of a teaspoon of yeast and pour it into a bucket.
Recipe # 3: Rustic bread with nuts
Bread with walnuts is a unique product in terms of biological and nutritional value. It increases the resistance of the human body to harmful environmental conditions, enriches it with the right amino acids. Ingredients for its preparation: one package of the finished mixture "Bread rustic", two teaspoons of dry yeast, one and a half teaspoons of salt, 260 ml of water and 60 grams of walnuts.
