Recipe for plum pie: simple and tasty

In it to mix 1 egg and 50 ml of cold water, to knead a steep and elastic dough. Form a ball from it. Put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In the meantime, make a biscuit dough. To do this, beat 2 eggs with a glass of sugar, until the mass is doubled. Add 90 g of butter softened at room temperature, beat again. Now pour 50 ml of milk and vegetable oil. Add 1.5 cups of flour together with 10 g of baking powder and gently mix with wooden spatula movements from top to bottom. In it also mix a little plums, cut into small cubes. On the short dough lay the plums, cut into 4 pieces, then pour the biscuit dough and place the remaining fruit on top. Now we send the cake for another 40 minutes into the oven.

Of course, this is not the only recipe for a plum pie. Very tasty it is obtained by adding cinnamon and lemon peel. For this pie, mix 250 g of soft butter with a mixer, a pinch of salt, a bag of vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 lemon zest, add 100 g of powdered sugar and yolks from 5 eggs. Shake again and add 250 grams of sifted flour. Separately whip the remaining proteins with 100 g of sugar until soft peaks appear. Carefully mix them with the dough. Pour it into a mold that is well lubricated with oil. Lay the plum, cut in half, and sprinkle with almond crumbs. Bake this cake for 35 minutes at 170 ° . Allow to cool and decorate with powdered sugar. This recipe for plum pie can be confused by the lack of a baking powder or soda. However, thanks to a well- beaten protein and an oily mixture, it turns out to be gentle and lush.

And, of course, it is necessary to have in your notebook a recipe for a plum pie with a curd filling. For the dough mix in a deep cup 400 g of flour, 40 g of cocoa, a pinch of salt and soda, 100 g of sugar, add 10 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil and, gradually pouring in cold water, kneading a smooth, non-sticky dough. Remove it into the fridge for a while, until the curd filling is ready. For her, beat the mixer in a smooth creamy mass with half a kilo of cottage cheese, three quarters of a glass of sugar and half a glass of sour cream. Pour the mixture over the dough.
