Tell me, are there any children in your family? If so, you can easily please your pets with homemade cakes - try baking a plum pie. It will certainly become one of your crown dishes due to the simplicity of cooking and incredible taste qualities. And the name of this culinary masterpiece is a plum pie Tuscan.

Tuscan cake

To prepare you need:

  • Plums (preferably large ones) - 20 pcs;
  • Butter - 300 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 6 pieces;
  • Vanilla extract - 2 tsp;
  • Granulated sugar - 300 g;
  • Wheat flour - 250 g;
  • Baking powder for dough - 3 tsp;
  • Cow milk - 250 ml.

First prepare the plums. In order to cook a plum pie for this recipe, the fruit is best cut into four pieces.

Then take a shape in which you will bake the cake. Its optimal diameter is 25 cm. It must be prepared in advance for further action - for this purpose it is advisable to lubricate it with butter (a little), which must be melted beforehand, and then lightly sprinkled with cooked sugar.

Now it's time to start making a pie test. It's done very simply. You need to take eggs, sugar and vanilla. The listed ingredients should be placed in one bowl and beat until a foam has formed, which has a fairly thick consistency. In the mass you need to add flour, which is desirable to sift beforehand, and then baking powder, milk and other ingredients according to your desire. In their quality can serve hazelnut, lemon peel and other components. Then add butter to all and shake again, but only now at a low speed. After that, you can assume that the dough for the pie is ready. It should be poured into a prepared baking dish, put plums on top of it and bake it in an oven. The optimum temperature is about 180 degrees.

Once the cake is baked, it needs to be taken out of the oven, cooled and coldly served on the table.

And finally, I would like to introduce you to another recipe for preparing a plum pie. It is very simple to prepare, and the technology of its creation is available even for beginners, who do not know the special subtleties of culinary art.

Plum pie-pivot

To prepare you need:

  • Plums - 500 g (about 20-22 pieces);
  • Sugar - 2 cups;
  • Wheat flour - 1 glass;
  • Butter - 200 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Milk - 0.5 cup;
  • Baking powder for baking - 2 teaspoons;
  • vanillin.

Such a plum pie is prepared almost as well as the one whose recipe is given a little higher, but there are some differences. So, let's take a closer look at the technology of making this dessert.

Preparation of the pie should start with kneading the dough. To do this, you will need butter (it is worth taking almost everything - leave a very small piece in order to then lubricate the baking dish), 3/4 cup sugar, vanillin and, of course, baking powder. The ingredients listed must be mixed in a homogeneous mass, after which time it is time to stir the flour. Do this as carefully as possible so that no lumps are formed. Once the flour is in the previously prepared mixture, it's time to add milk and eggs to the general set of ingredients. Now you need to stir the received mass as carefully as possible. It is best to make it a mixer, but not setting the maximum speed. After this step, the dough can be considered ready.

Now it's time to start the preparation of plums - the technology of their processing is simple enough - each sink is thoroughly washed under running water and cut in half. From each fetus it is necessary to take out a bone.

Now you can start baking the pie-overturn. This process is best done in a special form. At its bottom you need to pour pre-melted butter on the fire, add caramel made from the remaining sugar, and then put the halves of the sink through the slits down. After this over the drain, you need to lay out the prepared dough with maximum accuracy and send it to the oven for 25-40 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees. After that, you need to get the finished pie, allow it to cool, and then serve, of course, in an upside down form.
