The recipe for quince and meat is quite simple in cooking. First you need to wash a piece of pulp. Since beef is often hard, it should be pre-beaten. In butter, heated in a frying pan, fry the pieces. Then pour a small amount of water and cook for half an hour. Peel and slice the onion. In another frying pan, save the vegetable in oil. For Tolma:

  • Lamb or beef weighing 700 grams;
  • Fat pork weighing 300 grams (you can take a fattening lamb fat);
  • Fruits of quince weighing 2 kg;
  • Garlic, salt, capsicum;
  • Greens: tarragon, cilantro, dill;
  • Rice - ¼ cup;
  • Several bulbs of medium size.

For sauce:

  • Soft and ripe tomatoes weighing 700 grams (or several spoons of tomato paste);
  • Cilantro, salt, capsicum.

The recipe for quince with meat requires the use of strong, smooth and small yellow fruit. They cut off the top, remove the core and flesh. Should get cups with walls about 1.5 cm thick.
