Public policy

State policy is a combination of clearly defined relationships that result from all kinds of interactions between groups based on the retention, implementation and conquest of power. With its goals, state policy posits the satisfaction of the significant interests of the inhabitants of the country. It receives a variety of impulses from society, which primarily strives to achieve its goals, while satisfying first of all its own needs and interests. The state is involved as an intermediary in regulating all kinds of conflicts and disputes that arise.

State policy is a holistic and qualitatively defined area of social life. Its structure includes such components as political consciousness, political process and, of course, a political system, the main institution of which is the state.

State political activity, as a rule, has a huge range of types and types. One of them is the state revenue policy. It is an integral part of social policy. Its purpose is to solve important tasks. The first task is to help those segments of the population who need it especially (this is due to social security). At the same time, the state proceeds from the population are redistributed by levying various taxes and fees. Considering the fact that in Russia state policy is aimed at helping the poor, it can be concluded that taxes received from a population with large incomes go to people in need.

All this happens with the help of social transfers, that is, money systems that make payments to the public. Their goal is to prevent crime, develop the principles of humanism in society, and support demand.

The state policy as a whole is directed at the fact that when organizing the budget and distributing income a significant part of them receives the population to whom they are needed. This, in turn, contributes to the normal reproduction of labor and the reduction of tension in society. But such a redistribution of the budget, as a rule, is most often limited by the financial possibilities of the state, since budget revenues may not be so great that, in fact, leads to a budget deficit. If a decision is made to finance even in such a situation, most likely, it will lead to an increase in taxes on the population, so that the expenses are covered and, as a consequence, to inflation. And this will significantly undermine the normal functioning of the market economy.

From all of the above, it can be concluded that public policy is primarily aimed at meeting the needs of society and ensuring for its members a normal development and a decent standard of living.
