However, there is an opinion that the minimum use of sugar substitutes is still acceptable.

How to replace aspartame

Many people, for whom the problem of excess weight is very acute, despite the possible harmful effects, still include aspartame in the diet. A sweetener is also needed for those who suffer from diabetes. But there are more sparing sugar substitutes that are absolutely harmless to the figure, do not contain carbohydrates, but are made from natural ingredients.

Natural sweeteners can be based on stevia or erythritol. They can be used even for pregnant women or adolescents, because it is environmentally friendly products that will never be compared to artificial ones. In no case should we forget that the main goal, even with a reduction in weight, should be good health. Do not harm him, even for the benefit of the figure, the more you can find a worthy substitute for synthetic sweeteners.
