An interview to the army. How does the agenda look like in the army? What if the summons has come?

The agenda for the army in Russia is not just an official paper from the military registration and enlistment office with an appeal to appear there on the specified dates. This is also an excuse for stress, since most people do not know what to expect in the future and how to behave in this situation.

Military service

In Russia, men aged 18 to 27 who are recognized as fit for military service and who do not have a deferment are subject to the call. It is possible to argue endlessly about whether it is worth going to the army or whether it is necessary to exert all efforts to avoid getting into it by any means. But in fact, every man in our country is obliged to register with the military registration and enlistment office and after reaching the draft age, or at the end of the postponement to repay the debt to the Motherland.

Who can the agenda come to

Any citizen of the age of 16 to 50 can come to the army. But the reasons for the call may be different:

1. Primary accounting. This means that the young man has reached the age of 16, and the military registration and enlistment office puts him on the register. There is nothing terrible here, before 18 years, nobody is taken to the army.

2. For clarification of personal data. The military registration and enlistment office is, first of all, a giant chancellery, and information about each man settles here. Sometimes information needs to be clarified, for example, if you change your place of residence, work, or if you have typos and inaccuracies in the certificates.

3. An army report for medical examination or other activities related to it.

4. Passage of the draft commission. As a result, a decision is made on the draft, on sending to the alternative service, on the release from conscription, and so on.

5. Passage of the conscription commission before sending to the place of service or alternative service.

The specific reason is indicated in the agenda.

An army report

The sample (or form) of the subpoena in the army must correspond to a certain form established by the Ministry of Defense. Sometimes a lime call is specially thrown in the mailbox to the military commissariat, so you need to carefully study all the information on paper.

So, how does the agenda look like in the army? This is a small sheet, usually smaller than A4 (dimensions can vary), on which your name and address should be written, as well as the reason for appearing at the military registration and enlistment office. All this is certified by the personal signature of the military commissar. Below there is a return spine - on it you must sign and thereby confirm receipt of the agenda. For appearance in the primary account another form is provided. It is distinguished by a detailed list of documents that must be brought to the military enlistment office. It includes a passport, a birth certificate, a certificate from the place of residence and from the place of study (work), a certificate of marital status, 4 photos, a document on education and health status, qualification certificates (for those who have a sports category).

How to Handle the Agenda

When the summons to the army comes, who will hand it? Terms of conscription of citizens for military service are stipulated: from April 1 to July 15 and from October 1 to December 31. Time is shifted only for some citizens of the Russian Federation, in particular, for residents of the Far North, young people engaged in sowing and harvesting, and educators. Summons are massively begun to be handed to the beginning of the draft. However, this applies only to those who are called up for military service. If the reason for the appearance in the military enlistment office is different, then the piece of paper can be in your mailbox any day.

Now let's talk about the delivery. An army post, thrown into a mailbox, does not impose any obligations on the recruit, since no one can prove that he really got it. Therefore, such a piece of paper can be ignored, which, however, does not release you from the call - you will still try to notify, but with more effective means, for example, through the police. An agenda for the army should be handed to the addressee personally in the hands of a special authorized person. If it is transferred through third parties, it also has no effect.

Punishment for evasion of conscription

Evasion of military service can be accomplished not only by failing to show up at the commissariat without a justifiable reason, but also by inflicting bodily injuries, deceit, forgery of documents, etc. All these actions lead to punishment: a fine of 200 to 500 minimum wages or in the amount of 2 to 5 monthly wages, arrest for a period of three months to six months, imprisonment for up to 2 years. Strict measures, as a rule, apply only to malicious deviators.

How to avoid without breaking the law

What if the summons to the army came? First of all, you need to analyze the situation. If you are not under an appeal, and you have a legitimate postponement, which does not end from day to day, then you are not threatened, and you are summoned to the military registration and enlistment office for clarification of some data. In any case, carefully read the document - the reason for the appearance is indicated there, and this will help you navigate. Although sometimes in the military enlistment office they are cunning, and the young man, instead of checking documents, gets to the survey with all the ensuing consequences.

Still need to understand that ignore the agenda in the army will not work - it works only when the military enlistment office you really are not interested. In all other cases, you need to solve the problem: to seek opportunities for delay, for example, go to the hospital for examination or enter a university. Men who did not resolve the situation with the service in the Armed Forces will have problems even after reaching the age of 27. But more on that later.

What to do if the agenda for military training has come

People who have served, believe that they have already given up their duty to the Motherland, and the state has no complaints against them. However, there are also military camps: a month in tents in marching conditions, paid according to your monthly earnings plus a small bonus from the state. Some people like this life very much, but
Most men after the army marry, have children, have a career and do not have the slightest desire to break away from this life. So, what to do if the agenda for military training has come? Firstly, it can simply be ignored, if it came by mail, and was not handed personally in person - no one will prove that you received it. These papers are sent to a much larger number of people than really need, so there is a chance that the group will be recruited without you.

If the military enlistment office showed too much attention to you, then you need to go to the hospital. The easiest way is to call an ambulance straight to the house and ask to be hospitalized if, of course, there are grounds for doing so, there is a good reason for non-appearance.

Tougher laws

It would seem that the measures are already quite tough. However, they are ineffective, since evasion has to be proved. Most of the guys sit out at the cottage, friends and relatives and do not even go out into the street. And in the dwelling of a citizen, even a police officer has no right to enter without good reason. Therefore, the idea to oblige conscripts to appear for summons has long been in vogue. Did not show up? Hence, a deviator, and he will be punished by law. Many consider this approach to be very correct, but a much larger number of officials found the idea very dangerous, so the innovation has not yet been adopted. The second possible tightening - deviators will not take to the civil service. However, it is likely that this initiative will also be "strangled". After all, then most Russian officials will have to send their sons and nephews to the army before putting them on some comfortable armchair.
