Pasta stuffed with minced meat or chicken giblets

To prepare a dish according to this recipe, you will need one cannelloni package - 250 grams, as well as 400 grams of minced meat, representing a mixture of pork and beef. From vegetables, you need to take four tomatoes, two onions and a few cloves of garlic. Still need tomato paste - 4 tablespoons, olive oil, spices and seasonings: black pepper, basil and oregano. If desired, you can use other spices and spices, but these are put in a sauce in Italy.

Pasta stuffed with minced meat begins to cook with vegetables - just like many other dishes. They need to be washed, cleaned and cut: garlic - plates, onions - rings, and tomatoes - cubes. While the sauce is cooked, minced meat is fried in another pan. Before frying, the mince is slightly salted. Then in salted water you need to boil until half-cooked pasta. After they cool, they begin to fill them with minced meat. We cook cannelloni with minced meat: we lay them out in a scallop, greased with oil, pour the sauce, after which we can already put in the oven, heated to about 180 degrees.
Baked pasta stuffed with minced meat for thirty minutes. Before the very ready dish is sprinkled with grated cheese. To cannelloni during baking did not burst, they should not be packed tightly.
You can use chicken giblets instead of minced meat. They need to be fried with onion in a frying pan, salt to taste, pepper, and then grind in a meat grinder.

Instead of cannelloni, large shells can be stuffed. You can even not pre-brew them. Stuffed shells are laid out in a baking dish and filled with either a thin sauce or simply meat broth. Prepare such a dish will be longer in half, that is about an hour. Slightly boiled seashells will be cooked for only twenty minutes.
To diversify the dish, minced meat can be replaced with another stuffing. For example, you can try this option: just boil rice, fry tomatoes and onions, add garlic, salt, spices and a little sour cream. Fill this filling with pasta and cook the same way as in the recipes described above. The dish turns out to be very delicate and delicious. This recipe can be offered even to people who are not particularly fond of meat.
