Spaghetti with meat, mushrooms, squid

Good recipes for culinary dishes have always been appreciated, as their secrets are the basis for the success of cooking. A very tasty and simple dish is spaghetti with meat. There are a lot of recipes for cooking, they are distinguished by a set of products, but the main component is a kind of pasta - spaghetti.

These are long (from 150 to 250 mm, and the first products had a length of up to 500 mm), in a cross section round (diameter up to 2 mm) macaroni. Their homeland is the Italian city of Naples. Serve them, for example, with tomato sauce or with garlic and hot olive oil. Today there are more than 10,000 different recipes of sauces for spaghetti. However, in our (and not only) the country there is a misconception that it is necessary to serve spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. Italians also use this heavy sauce with pieces of meat and vegetables with pasta, which has a wide ribbed surface. With long thin spaghetti in Italy, it is customary to serve butter sauces that evenly coat the smooth surface of the paste. However, deviating from the Italian traditions, and also focusing on ours, we will result some recipes of spaghetti with meat, champignons and squid.

Prepare spaghetti with meat using ½ kg of minced or coarse ground beef, finely chopped 1 onion, ½ fruit of chopped green pepper, 425 g of tomato sauce, 12 g of tomato paste, ½ cup of sugar, 450 g of spaghetti, 1 ½ l of water, ½ Spoons of tea oregano, 1 clove of garlic, grated Parmesan cheese. Fry meat, onions and peppers until the meat turns brown and the onion soft. Add all the other ingredients, except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Close the lid, simmer for 40 minutes, stir occasionally. When the meat sauce is ready, pour water into a pan, allow it to boil, put salt and spaghetti, mix. After boiling, mix, for about 5 minutes (or, as indicated on the package), allow to pour. Spaghetti with hot meat is served, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese. The recipe is for 4 servings.

To make spaghetti with champignons, it is enough just to replace the usual meat ingredients with mushrooms of krimini (mushrooms of medium size and age). As a result, the calorie content of the cooked meal is reduced by hundreds of calories. At the same time, thanks to the fleshy texture and aroma of mushrooms, the taste of the rest of the dish improves. You can add corn, beans and tomato to the mushroom sauce. Criminium mushrooms make it possible to combine the excellent taste of a dish with a huge health benefit. They provide the human body with nutrients necessary to improve the work of the heart. Champignons are an excellent supplier of selenium, which is known to help fight cancer. They are also a natural source of potassium and essential vitamins, including niacin. Five average krimini mushrooms contain only 20 calories, so along with obtaining a tasty and nutritious diet, you can maintain a healthy diet.

Spaghetti is perfectly combined with seafood. A dish of spaghetti with squid is quite easy to prepare . For its preparation, the main ingredients will be required: 250 grams of pasta linguine (flat spaghetti) and 250 grams of prepared (peeled and sliced ) squid (using carcass and tentacles). In addition, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 3/4 cups of white wine, 3 peppercorns (thinly sliced), 1 glass of cream, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch cornstarch, ½ cup chopped fresh basil. Salt, black pepper and finely chopped red hot pepper add to taste. In the final stage - Parmesan cheese, finely grated (1/4 cup).

In a large saucepan boil the water, add salt and then bring it back to the boil. Add macaroni and cook them for about 8 minutes, after which filter through a colander. On medium heat, the olive oil is heated in a large frying pan. Add crushed garlic, fry a few seconds until golden brown. Spread the squid, fry until they turn white. Pour the wine and add the pepper, bring to a boil, boil until the wine volume is reduced by half (minutes 3). Corn starch is stirred in cream and poured into boiling calamari, seasoned with red pepper, basil, black pepper, salt, mixed and stewed until thick. In the pasta, spread the sauce and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
