How to prepare a dish and what is needed for this?

To build a casserole, you do not need any delicacies, you will use simple, familiar products.

To prepare the casserole we will need:

  • 250-300 g of pasta;
  • 220 g of cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. A spoonful of olive oil or sunflower oil;
  • 3 tomatoes (medium);
  • greenery;
  • salt;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 130 ml cream (25-30% fat content);
  • 1 onion;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • 100 g smoked sausage;
  • Sunflower oil (for lubrication).

Cooking process

  1. For cooking we will need already cooked pasta. Therefore, we will first deal with them. What kind of pasta to choose? Here you must rely on yourself. Suitable pasta as a "spiral", and "bows" or others. So, having decided on the type, start cooking. First, take the vessel in which you will cook the pasta, put water in it and put it on the fire. After a minute, season with water, then wait for it to boil, then pour the pasta there. Boil almost until cooked (you should get them a little hard, but not soft). Then drain the water. Then rinse the pasta, let the water drain, then add a little vegetable oil. Before you proceed to the next item, do not forget to stir the dish.
  2. Take the smoked sausage and hard cheese, cut them into cubes. If there is a desire, you can rub the cheese on a large grater.
  3. Onions clear, rinse. Then chop it.
  4. Take the tomatoes, rinse them under running water, make small incisions from above. Put the tomatoes in a deep bowl and pour on boiling water. Leave in water for a few minutes, then remove, very carefully remove from them a thin skin. To prepare the casserole, we only need the flesh. Then cut the tomatoes with straw.
  5. Now we need to prepare the oven. It needs to be heated up to 200 degrees. Then select the suitable form for baking, grease it with vegetable oil.
  6. Mix pasta (pre-cooked), sausage, sliced tomatoes, onions. Then popertich and salt the dish.
  7. Then put the casserole in the form.
  8. In a separate vessel, beat the eggs, add the spices. Then mix it thoroughly and pour in the cream.
  9. Take the whisk, whip the egg-cream mixture. Now pour over the pasta with the sauce.
  10. Cover the form with foil, if it is without a lid, and send its preheated oven.
  11. The pasta from the pasta in the oven should be about 25 minutes. Then remove the lid (foil) and send it back for fifteen minutes. Thanks to this action, you can get a golden crust on a platter. When the pasta from the pasta with sausage is ready, get it out of the oven, let it cool. The next thing to do is cut the baked food into flavorful portions. They must be put on a plate. That's all, the pasta from the pasta with sausage is ready. It remains to do only one thing - decorate the dish with herbs (parsley, onion). Have a nice appetite!
